Leo, diet, cell salt and numerology

The heart, motor nerves (regulate movement) and the blood are intimately related and most vulnerable for the Leo body. They must ensure their diet is regulated to avoid too many acid- forming foods or substances such as tea, coffee, excessive protein-rich foods, chocolate, sweets, alcohol, white flour products etc.
Their emotional sensitivities, strain the nerves and the heart, they can suffer from deficiency of Mag Phos - magnesium phosphate. Important nutrient involved in regulating nerve and muscle impulses especially those governing the function of the heart. People suffering from a lack of magnesium phosphate experience highly ennervating episodes of crying, laughing, coughing, sneezing, hiccoughs, cramps, or reckless manner. Even a few grams of Magnesium Phosphate in water will greatly relieve symptoms. Foods rich in magnesium phosphate: Wheat germ and bran, raw unsalted nuts and seeds, yeast, soy beans and products, wholewheat and rye, rolled oats, millet and buckwheat, brown lentils (can be sprouted), blackstrap molasses.
Numbers governing Leo 7 and 8.
7 - represents practical activity as the means for learning and teaching, and spiritually the respository of philosphy, truth and wisdom.
8 - most active number of the Soul plane. Spiritually it is the number of wisdom. Physically it is the number of active independence.

Cancer, diet, cell salts and numerology

The sign of Cancer exerts influence over the chest, speen, solar plexus and stomach. People born under this sign must be very careful with their diets because they do not have  strong stomach and easily have gastric problems. When associated with worry gives way to ulcers. Simple natural foods should comprise their basic diet and they should definitely avoid highly seasoned, highly preserved foods: curry, peppers, pickles, strong cheeses, heavily spiced continental-type foods etc.
Vital biochemical cell salt is calcium fluoride - plays an important essential role in the development and maintenance of the brain membranes, as well as the eyes, teeth, bones and internal cellular structure of the skin.
A deficiency of this mineral salt can result in cracked skin, especialy between the toes or fingers, around anus or mouth, early loss of memory and or the development of an anxiety complex, or cataracts in the eyes, and for women very painful periods and ultimately weakened reproductive organs.
Foods rich in calcium fluoride: green vegetables, sprouts, carrots, unsalted raw nuts, mild cheeses ( cottage).
Numbers governing Cancer 6 and 7:
6 - human creativity as well as destruction ( either positive or negative), links memory and analysis with idealism and responsibility.
7 - practical activity for learning and teaching, and spiritually - philosophy, truth and wisdom.

Gemini, diet, cell salts and numerology

Most noticeable features of Gemini bodies are their strong shoulders, arms and hands.
Major weakness lies in their respiratory passages, with congestion a common problem. Kali Mur - potassium chloride - a most important biochemical cell salt for Geminis. this is both an essential blood nourisher and a vital nutrient for the proper formation of fibrin - the elastic fibrous protein that regulates the formation of the skin and hair. A deficiency of potassium chloride can cause a thickening of fibrin, which can manifest as menstrual problems and/or congestion in the respiratory passages. Seen as pleurisy, catarrh, pheumonia, diptheria or bronchitis. If the congested fibrin is not thrown out of the bloodstream, it can create embolisms that might clog the auricles and ventricles of the heart, ultimately causing problems there. Best way to obtain adequate potassium chloride is throught the diet. Foods richest in natural potassium chloride:
Kelp
Yeast
Avocados
Coconut meat
Dried fruits
Most fresh vegetables especially sprouts, asparagus, cabbage, carrot, celery, eggplant, kohlrabi, lettuce, parsnip and tomato.
Numbers relating to Gemini are 5 and 6
5 -governs intensity of human feelings, symbolises love and freedom of expression, emotionally and artistically.
6 - represents human creativity as well as its destruction, it brings the will into harmony with the mind.

Taurus, diet, cell salts and numerology

Taurus exerts strong influence on the ears, neck, throat, liver and gall bladder. People born under this sign may have large ears, strong neck, powerful voice.
Not uncommon for Taureans to have weight problems brought about primarily by their tendency to overindulge in rich food and to retain excess water in the body.
Cell salt Nat Sulph - sodium sulphate - because this is the most efficient expeller of water. Deficiency in this salt will induce pains in the back of the neck, which sometimes run down the spine affecting the liver. As this cell salt is vital to the body's elimination of water, its lack will cause the body to resort to the next best means - it will produce nerve and muscular spasms, then inducing feverishness from the violent effort to throw off excess moisture via the bloodstream through perspiration. This also effectively reduces the body's toxicity level. The alternate fever and chill and the body cleanses then normalises itself.
The habit of adding common salt (sodium chloride) to foods nust be avoided, this chemical works against the body's efforts to eliminate excess moisture. Salt does not avert dehydration or cramps, it is a mild poison, which is why the body works to eliminate it through its pores.
A diet comprised of foods rich in natural sodium sulphate will also contain adequate amounts to facilitate proper cellular chemical balance.
Diet should also be low in saturated fatty acids and cholesterol to ease strain on the liver, gall bladder and arteries.
Desirable foods: abundant fresh salad vegetables, particularly sprouts, celery and carrots. Dried fruits: figs, raisins and sultanas are exceptionally nourishing for Taureans. One meal a day of fresh fruits eaten raw, as first meal will be particularly beneficial.
Taurus falls in the 4th and 5th month and these numbers relate:
4 - represents containment and regularity as depicted by the square, practical and material, located in the centre of the Physical plane .
5 - governs intensity of human feelings located on the Soul plane of the birth chart, symbolises love and freedom of expression - emotionally and artistically.

Can Numerology and Astrological signs be considered for health issues

Yes, there can be correlations. A great author i have discovered David A Phillips, Ph.D, A Nutritionist, and PhD in Philosophy, an Australian to boot.
For starters each Astrological sign has strengths and weaknesses, same to for their body systems.

Aries: relates to the cerebrum, they require a diet that will provide extra nourishment to brain cells and nerve fluid. Cell salt Kali Phos (potassium phosphate) most useful. Advised to alter diet to natural foods, those richest in natural potassium phosphate:
Yeast - edible brewer's.
Soy products.
Wheatgerm and wheat bran - both recommended fresh and raw.
Sunflower seeds - sprouted or as raw whole kernels.
Chickpeas and Lentils.
Raw unsalted nuts - almonds, brazils, pistachios.
Rye - sprouted is best, or freshly stoneground.

Deficiency of potassium phosphate  can be recognised as affecting mental processes, manifesting in migraine, extreme nervousness, hysteria, mental exhaustion, psychosis, paranoia etc.
Aries need to learn the meaning of selfless love, rexognising its difference to physical desire. Compassion is the highest expression of universal love, vital to the development of compassion is the mastery of emotions - temper, anger, jealousy.
Aries is in the 3rd month and 4th month and these numbers display characteristics:
3 - Mind number, governs memory
4 - represents containment and regularity ( as depicted by the square).Meticulous, practical, organised.
Of course other numbers of a persons birth date  and name, affect the person, these two areas explained are still relevant to what affects an Aries.
